From a young age, I’ve been driven by a passion for movement and strength. This led me to earn a Bachelor's in Exercise and Sports Science, followed by a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
I now specialize in pelvic floor therapy and coaching for pregnant and postpartum women. I’m here to help you navigate the physical challenges of motherhood and fully enjoy this special time in your life.
Having been active and played sports, I’ve also faced my own injuries and experienced the struggles of regaining strength and function during pregnancy and postpartum. I understand how tough it can be to return to the activities you love.
My goal is to improve function and strength for people of all backgrounds, taking a collaborative approach to your recovery—because there’s no “one-size-fits-all” path to healing.
I’m an Arizona native specializing in musculoskeletal conditions that cause pain and limitations. My passion is helping people return to the activities they love—whether that’s sports, hiking, daily tasks like cooking and cleaning, or other life pursuits. I enjoy teaching, motivating, and getting people excited about their health and wellness.
My approach is simple: listen to your needs and create a tailored plan to help you achieve your goals. My mission is to improve your quality of life while providing valuable, lifelong skills.
I hold a degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Midwestern University in Glendale. I'm passionate about staying active in the Tempe and Mesa communities, enjoying sports like baseball, volleyball, skateboarding, CrossFit, and Muay Thai kickboxing.
My goal is to build a network of professionals who work together to provide the best care possible. I strive to inspire trust, integrity, and respect across all fields, empowering patients with the education they need to optimize their lives.
